Immunity is an inescapable word in today’s pandemic world.

It means more than just SARS-CoV-2 though.

I made a huge investment in my health for the sake of my immune system and have reaped the benefits. It has made a massive difference to my quality of life and I want to let you know that no matter how desperate your situation can seem, there is always something that you can improve. The most important step is always the next one you take (stolen from a favourite author of mine but no less relevant for that).

Very small changes in food/nutrients and environment can produce profound effects in some cases!
